If the issue is in regards to an appliance failure please supply the brand and model number.

If your maintenance issue is an emergency please contact the relevant authorities or call our office on 9451 4166
  • a burst water service or a serious water service leak
  • a blocked or broken toilet
  • a serious roof leak
  • a gas leak
  • a dangerous electrical fault
  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm or fire damage
  • a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises (Please check with your provider first to see if there are any supply issues affecting your area)
  • a failure or breakdown of the hot water service
  • a fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe or insecure

Please Note:
  • When you submit your request we will then need to refer to the Landlord regarding the item/s to see how the Landlord would like to proceed with rectifying the items
  • Please note if there is a dog/s on the premises, the tenant agrees to restrain or remove the dog/s when access is required to the property
  • If you are reporting a sewer/drain blockage please note that if it is found to be caused by tenant misuse, the tenant will be sent the invoice for payment
  • If you are reporting a power outage, please ensure that it is not an outage in your street or a faulty appliance. If the power is tripping from an appliance supplied by the tenant or no fault is found, that the tenant might be forwarded the invoice for payment
